2025 winter shut down on 10/13

Following intense rain over the previous week and hard freeze forecasted for the coming week, the ditch was shut down on 10/13.

Just FYI. Since last week, we have had an active beaver trying to dam our ditch along CR5. 4 dams have been dismantled so far.

The weir at Dallas creek has been adjusted by the water commissioner at 0.6 on the flume and should not be altered.

Due to hard freezing conditions, we will temporarily shut off the ditch and resume operations asap.
